الحبيب عمر بن حفيظ: وإذا أمتع الله بك حتى أدركت رمضان، فإن عندك ألوف كانوا يظنون أنهم سيدركون رمضان وما يدركونه في عامهم هذا، وقبله يخرجون من هذه الحياة وتنتهي فرصة العمل بالنسبة لهم، ولا يبقى إلا بساط الجزاء في البرزخ ثم في القيامة، ثم في دار الكرامة الجنة أو إلى النار -والعياذ بالله تبارك وتعالى-

وأما فرصة العمل ما دام الإنسان في هذه الحدود العمر القصير، ونحن وإن كنا أقصر الأمم أعماراً فإن فضل الله علينا كبير بالبشير النذير والسراج المنير ﷺ، نستطيع في العمر القصير أن نُدرك مراتب ودرجات ومنازل عند الحق سبحانه وتعالى، ما يدركها أصحاب الألف السنة ممن تعمّروا من أمثال هذه الأعمار فيما قبلنا.

الترجمة إلى الإنجليزية (In English):

If Allah has blessed you to the point where you have reached Ramadan, then think of the thousands who thought that they would reach Ramadan, but they didn’t reach it this year. They departed this life and the opportunity to do good has ended for them. All that remains is the world of recompense in the intermediary realm, then judgement day, then in the abode of nobility, Paradise. Or, to the fire, and we seek refuge in Allah, Blessed and Most High.    

As for the opportunity to do good, as long as you remain within the boundaries of this short life, and despite being the nation with the shortest lifespans, Allah has favoured us greatly with the bearer of glad tidings, the warner, the Illuminated Lamp ‎ﷺ. We can, in this short life, come to reach the various levels and stations and ranks (of closeness to) Allah, Glorious and Most High. Greater levels than those nations, who occupied this earth before us would reach, even though they lived for thousands of years.

الترجمة إلى الإندونيسية (Terjemah bahasa indonesia):

Jika Allah Ta'ala memberikanmu kesempatan hingga dirimu dapat bertemu dengan Ramadhan, maka ada ribuan orang yang mengira bahwa mereka pun akan bertemu dengan Ramadhan, namun mereka tidak bertemu lagi dengannya di tahun ini, karena mereka telah meninggalkan dunia ini sebelum datangnya bulan Ramadhan, hingga kesempatan untuk beramal pun berakhir bagi mereka, dan yang tersisa bagi mereka hanyalah hidangan pahala atau balasan di alam barzakh, kemudian di hari kiamat, lalu menuju tempat tinggal yang mulia yaitu surga atau ke neraka - semoga Allah melindungi kita -

 Adapun kesempatan untuk beramal selama hayat masih di kandung badan, dalam usia yang singkat, dan meskipun kita adalah umat yang umurnya paling pendek, namun rahmat Allah kepada kita begitu besar, berkat Sang Nabi pembawa berita gembira dan peringatan, Sang Pelita yang menyinari dunia, Alhamdulillah dalam waktu yang singkat kita bisa meraih pangkat, derajat, dan kedudukan di sisi Allah Ta'ala yang tidak dapat diraih oleh mereka yang berumur seribu tahun dan berumur panjang dari umat terdahulu sebelum kita.
