عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قالَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (زيِّنوا أعيادَكم بالتكبير) رواه الطبراني.

يسنُّ التكبير المرسَل ليلةَ العيد، ويدخل وقتُه مِن غروبِ شمسِ يومِ عرفة، ويستمر حتى الإحرام بصلاة عيدِ الأضحى.

فينبغي أن نُكثِرَ التكبيرَ لله سبحانه وتعالى، والرجلُ يسنُّ له الجهرُ بالتكبيرِ في البيت وفي السوق وفي المسجد وفي الشارع، فحيثُ ما كان يجهرُ بالتكبير، وهو زينتُنا في الأعياد.

أما التكبير المقيَّد بالصلوات: فيبدأ بفجر يوم عرفة، ويستمر حتى عصر آخر يوم من أيام التشريق، وهو خاص عقب الصلوات سواء كانت فرضاً أو نفلا.

كَبِّرُوا العزيزَ الغفور، واجعَلوا التكبيرَ مُنْبَعِثاً مِن قلوبِكم قبلَ أفواهِكم، وقبل أصواتِكم؛ والله يؤيِّدنا وإياكم بالتأيِيد الكبير، ويبارك لنا في هذا العيد.

English Translation

On the authority of Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Adorn your Eids with takbīr (proclamations of Allah’s greatness)” — narrated by al-Ṭabarānī.

It is recommended to recite the unrestricted takbīr starting from the night of Eid. Its time begins at sunset on the Day of ʿArafah and continues until the commencement of the Eid al-Aḍḥā prayer.

So, we should abundantly proclaim the greatness of Allah, the Exalted. For men, it is recommended to raise their voices with the takbīr — in the home, in the market, in the mosque, and on the street. Wherever they may be, they should proclaim the takbīr aloud, for it is our ornament on the days of Eid.

As for the takbīr that is restricted to the prayers: it begins from the Fajr prayer on the Day of ʿArafah and continues until the ʿAṣr prayer of the last day of the Days of Tashrīq. This specific takbīr is recited immediately after every prayer, whether obligatory or supererogatory.

Proclaim the greatness of the Almighty, the Forgiving. Let the takbīr emerge from your hearts before your mouths and before your voices. May Allah support us all with immense divine support and bless us in this Eid.

Terjemah bahasa indonesia:

Diriwayatkan oleh Abi Hurairah radhiyallahu anhu Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Hiasilah lebaran kalian dengan takbir". H.R At-Thabrani

Disunnahkan takbir Mursal pada malam Ied, waktunya dimulai dari terbenamnya matahari hari Arafah dan berlanjut hingga takbiratul ihram shalat idul Adha.

Maka hendaknya kita semua memperbanyak takbir kepada Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, bagi orang laki-laki disunahkan untuk mengeraskan suara dengan takbir di rumah, di pasar, di masjid, dan di jalan-jalan. Di manapun kita berada hendaknya kita gaungkan takbir karena ia merupakan hiasan kita dalam Ied.

Adapun takbir muqayyad dengan shalat (yaitu takbir setelah selesai shalat), takbir ini dimulai dari Fajar hari Arafah dan terus berlangsung hingga setelah shalat asar di hari terakhir dari hari-hari tasyriq, takbir ini khusus selepas shalat saja baik shalat fardhu atau sunnah.

Takbirkan, agungkan Allah yang Maha mulia dan Maha pengampun, dan jadikanlah takbir muncul dari dalam lubuk hati kalian sebelum lidah kalian dan sebelum suara kalian, semoga Allah mendukung kita dan kalian semua dengan bantuan yang besar dan memberikan keberkahan bagi kita semua dalam lebaran ini. Amin.
